As a Pet Panic player, you have the right to request deletion of all data linked to your game account.

Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all game data — including progress, in-game purchases, and event achievements. Once deleted, this information cannot be restored. We’ll keep a record of your deletion request, and device IDs linked to banned accounts may be retained to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.

To request deletion, tap “Contact Us” in the top-right corner of the screen and write “Delete my account” in the message. Our team will guide you through the process.
