We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all players. We expect professional and respectful communication across all channels, including team chats, team names, player names, and team descriptions.

Prohibited Behavior

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated:

  • Hate Speech & Discrimination: Racism, hate speech, or any discriminatory language.

  • Harassment: Bullying, targeted personal attacks, or threatening language.

  • Safety Violations: Encouraging violence, self-harm, or any unlawful conduct.

  • Inappropriate Content: Sexually explicit material, profanity, or vulgar expressions.

  • Spam & Scams: Advertising, soliciting personal information, or sharing external links.

How to Report a Violation

If you encounter a player violating these rules, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Message: Tap directly on the offensive message within the team chat.

  2. Contact Support: Select the option to report. This will lead you to a Helpshift page with more information and ability to contact us (Contact us bottom in top right corner)

  3. Provide Context: Briefly describe the situation in your message so our moderators can review the logs and take appropriate action.

Team Management

In addition to reporting to Support, Team Leaders and Co-Leaders have the authority to manage their own teams:

  • Leaders can kick a player from the team immediately.

  • A player who has been kicked is permanently blocked from re-joining that specific team.

Consequences of Violations

Our team reviews all reports. Violations of our community standards may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent bans from communication features.

  • Immediate removal from teams.

  • Permanent bans from the game.
