If you can’t buy items in the Shop, a few things might be causing it:
Check your connection. You’ll need a stable internet connection to make purchases. Try switching to a solid Wi-Fi or 3G/4G/5G network.
Store issues happen. All in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google Play, and sometimes their stores have temporary hiccups. Give it a little time and try again later.
Payment info update. Your payment details on the Apple App Store or Google Play may need a refresh. Make sure your payment method is active and up to date.
